Delete your Dil Koçu account

You can delete your account at any time, in one step. You don't need the app on your phone.

How to delete it

1. Open Dil Koçu on the web.
2. Enter your e-mail address and sign in with the 6-digit code we send you.
3. On the page that opens, tick the box that says you understand your account and data will be deleted for good.
4. Tap "Hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil" (delete my account for good).

You can also delete it in the app: Ben → Ayarlar → Hesap → "Hesabımı sil".

What is deleted

• your e-mail address and sign-in,
• your level, goal, lessons and lesson answers,
• your words, your writing and your live talk transcripts,
• your streak, points and league place,
• audio made just for you, and your problem reports.

Your account and records are deleted at once. Your audio files follow within a few minutes. This can't be undone.

What stays

Cost records, which hold no content, and store purchase records stay without any link to you. They don't contain your name, your e-mail or anything you wrote. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. To stop payments, cancel it in the store first:

• Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

If you can't sign in

Write "Delete my account" to [email protected] from the e-mail address on your account. I'll delete it within 30 days and let you know.
